* It provides self service options for initiating transactions, seeking information, reviewing statuses and providing feedback.
* Suppliers can now register their profiles and view their status online. They can participate in requests for products and services submitted by NIC through the Online procurement system, Submit their proposals online and View the status of their invoices and payments.
* Retailers can submit work permits online and review their statuses for permissions related with marketing promotions, store-sales and infrastructure enhancements. They can submit Service requests, participate in surveys and provide feedback for improving services and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Employees can submit their Leave requests, Expense claims, seek memo approvals and approve requests coming from internal departments and external stakeholders like supplier payments, Purchase orders and Retailer service requests.
